Return Eligibility

All FOR HER FASHION ONLINE products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, damage, or other signs of wear
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or other conditions that prevent them from being resold may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns due to preference, sizing, fit, or other reasons unrelated to an error on our part.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Refunds

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Gift Card Purchases

Products purchased using a gift card are not eligible for a cash or payment-method refund. If an eligible return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit or returned to the original gift card, as applicable.

Exchanges
